5/13/25 AC Plus BD
T P In this team net game A/B players are partners and C/D players are partners. Each partnership must contribute one best ball net for a total of two best balls net for the team. ABCD teams.

I P The objective of this individual net game is to beat Par using strokes where they fall on the card. If a player beats Par, place a plus sign (+) next to the score. Count the plus signs to determine the final score. High score (most pluses) wins. Tee rotation BCDA.

I P In this individual net game, only the net scores on the even holes count as your game score. Foursomes include all handicap levels, but each player is playing within their flight. Tee rotation CDBA.

I P Each player’s quota is determined by subtracting the handicap from thirty-six. To score well, the player must exceed their quota. T P In this team game, players aim for the flag to determine how many balls to count on each hole. A blue flag requires a 1BB net; yellow flag 2BB net and a red flag signals 3BB net on the hole. Score as running total. ABCD teams.

9/09/25 CHLGA Cup Week 1
I P The winner of each flight in this individual two-week double chit tournament is determined by adding the low net score for each week. A match of cards, based on the two-week net score, will break any ties. Week one tee rotation ABCD.

09/23/25 Prep for the Solheim Cup
T NP Registered players will be divided into two teams (Team Blue and Team Yellow) for this alternate shot on the front 9 and scramble on the back 9 match play competition. Players on the winning team will be awarded 3 chits each.

10/07/25 Third Annual Inter-Club Solheim Cup CHLGA vs SLGA
T NP This 2-day event is a 2-person team match play event with ateam of 12 players representing each Club.
Solicitation for CHLGA players will begin 2 weeks prior to the first day of play. Members who wish to participate in the event should commit to both days of play. Anyone signing up after a roster of twelve will be on standby. If there is enough interest, we will increase the roster to 16 players.
Following true Solheim Cup format, this and future years will include alternate shot, scramble, and better ball. The formats will be alternated yearly between the Oaks and Skyview.
The format for the first day of play hosted by CHLGA is alternate shot on the front 9 and a scramble on the back in match play format. Lunch will be available in the Tiki Bar after the play.
Each confirmed player will pay an entry fee of $25.00 with no crossover charges. There will be no chits earned for this event. Participating players on the winning team will receive pro-shop credit and a plaque for display in their Clubhouse.
All competition players will be flighted using the handicap index based on Sept. 30th GHIN. During play, individual handicaps will be determined by the lowest handicap in the foursome or twosome.
Those CHLGA members not playing in the Solheim Cup may compete on their home course in an Individual Simply Play Golf event and are eligible for chits. If there are less than 12 players who play in this group, we will enact Standing Rule Game Day Article III.6.
10/09/25 Second day of Solheim Cup competition hosted by SLGA on Thursday 10/09. An 18-hole best ball of the twosome competition will complete the event. Lunch will be available in Skyview Dining after play.

10/28/25 Guys and Gals Invitational
T NP For this game, invite your favorite guy to join you in League play. Make your own foursome. Flights are determined by the number of teams. The G&G committee will determine the game. Report scores as a running total. Lunch, raffles and prizes follow play.

11/25/25 Thanksgiving Scramble
T NP Each player in the group drives off the tee, then all four golfers play their second shots from the best-driven ball. All then play their third shots from the best second ball, and so on. Each player must use four drives. Score as running total. ABCD teams.

12/16/25 Member/Member Tournament, Business Meeting & Christmas Lunch
T NP For this double chit team event pick your partner keeping a 10-stroke differential. Scramble on the front nine; each player must have two drives. One low net ball on the back nine. Whole number score. Followed by General Membership Meeting/Luncheon in Garden Room.
